**Step-by-Step Instructions:**

- You are on your back with your opponent in your half guard. Trap one of their legs between your own, with either an underhook on the opposite side or a frame to maintain distance and control.
2. **Create a Frame:**
- Use your outside arm to frame against your opponent’s neck or shoulder to manage their posture and prevent them from putting too much weight on you. Your inside arm can control their sleeve or wrist.
3. **Secure the Underhook:**
- Slip your inside arm under your opponent's far arm, getting a deep underhook on their torso.
- Simultaneously, shift your hips towards the side of your underhook to create an angle, giving you better leverage for the sweep.
4. **Control Their Leg:**
- Use your legs to pinch against their trapped leg, ensuring it cannot easily escape your guard.
- Ideally, your bottom leg should be threaded through your opponent's leg, establishing a strong rubber guard-like control.
5. **Off-Balance Your Opponent:**
- Shift your hips out to the underhook side while using the underhook to pull and destabilize your opponent, causing them to shift weight forward.
- Pull their trapped leg toward your chest using your outside leg as you drive your torso into them.

- Simultaneously bridge and roll towards your underhook side using your inside leg to kick out their trapped foot from under them.
- Follow through with the momentum, continuing to roll until your opponent is off-balance and your body is on top.
