### Detailed Instructions
#### Starting From Closed Guard:
1. **Control the Wrist**
- Begin with your opponent inside your closed guard.
- Use your left hand to grip your opponent's right wrist, pulling it across your chest.
2. **Create an Isolation**
- Open your guard and shift your hips slightly to your right side. This should create an angle.
3. **Overhook & Underhook**
- Simultaneously, use your right hand to reach over your opponent's right arm.
- Dive it under and back over your opponent's right wrist, creating a figure-four grip and securing the arm with both of your hands.
- Hold onto your own left wrist with your right hand.
4. **Break the Posture**
- Pull your opponent's posture down by bringing their captured arm and shoulder close to the mat.
5. **Finish the Lock**
- Keep your opponent's hand in check while elevating their elbow.
- Maintain pressure on your grip and slowly lever their hand towards the back of their head.
- Apply gentle, controlled pressure until your opponent taps, signaling submission.
### Variations and Key Points:
- **Angle Adjustment:** Make sure your hips are at an angle to effectively break your opponent’s posture and apply the lock efficiently.
- **Grips**: Ensure a figure-four lock by maintaining a firm grip on your own wrist. Proper grips enhance control and pressure.
- **Safety:** Always prioritize control and apply pressure gently to avoid causing injury.
